By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

The App displays Tumblr content in a visual viewer.

The App itself:

• does not host Tumblr content
• does not modify Tumblr content
• does not claim ownership of Tumblr content

All content remains the property of the original creators and rights holders.

Tumblr is a third-party platform. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Tumblr.

3. Tumblr Account Requirement

Use of the App requires a valid Tumblr account.

Users authenticate through Tumblr OAuth.

Users are responsible for their Tumblr account and its use.

4. Rights to Content

All trademarks, logos, and content displayed through Tumblr remain the property of their respective rights holders.

The developer of the App claims no ownership over Tumblr content.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses or may in the future use the following third-party services:

• Tumblr API
• Google AdMob
• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• RevenueCat (for subscription management, where enabled)
• Firebase Remote Config
• Firebase Crashlytics (future, if enabled)

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Advertising

The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

Advertising delivery may depend on technical information, device identifiers, ad event data, and legally required consent handling. Further details are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Paid Features

The App may offer optional subscriptions or premium features.

Payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform.

Subscription status may be managed through RevenueCat, where enabled.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The developer does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation
• error-free performance
• ongoing availability of Tumblr services or other third-party services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• loss of data
• service interruptions
• third-party content
• issues caused by third-party providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted, especially in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

10. Content Responsibility

Users acknowledge that Tumblr content is created by third parties.

The developer of the App is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of Tumblr content.

11. Termination

The developer may change, limit, or discontinue the provision of the App for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.

13. Governing Law

To the extent legally permissible, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected where applicable.
