1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

The App accesses the device’s native photo library or media library on a read-only basis and displays selected media in a visual viewer.

The App itself:

does not create, rename, move, edit, or delete albums or media items in the user’s library
does not host user media on the developer’s servers
does not claim ownership of the user’s media

The user’s local media library remains the authoritative source for the media displayed through the App.

3. Rights to Content

All rights to media displayed through the App remain with the respective rights holders.

The developer of the App claims no ownership over the user’s media.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Apple App Store
Google Play
RevenueCat (for subscription management)
Firebase Remote Config
Firebase Crashlytics

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Paid Features

The App offers optional subscriptions or premium features.

Payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform.

Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

The developer does not guarantee:

uninterrupted operation
error-free performance
ongoing availability of third-party services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:

indirect damages
loss of data
service interruptions
content of user-selected media
issues caused by third-party providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted, especially in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

8. Content Responsibility

The App visually displays media from the user’s local library.

The developer of the App is not responsible for the content of media selected by users.

9. Termination

The developer may change, limit, or discontinue the provision of the App for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.

11. Governing Law

To the extent legally permissible, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected where applicable.
